Job Description

The main purpose of the “Officer, E&S and Stakeholder Report Analysis” position is responsible for identify, analyses, and evaluate, summarize and report on environmental and social performance with lenders & stakeholder report/requirement and economic data analysis for credit risk. The candidate must also understand how to prepare report base on the need of lenders & stakeholders and analyze economic analysis and work with credit risk team and other that related areas to develop practical solutions that can be implemented to effectively mitigate and manage E&S risk as wells credit risk. Enhancing Hattha Bank achieve the mission and vision in the real practice especially with social goals as well as financial goals

Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement, reinforce the environmental & social policy, procedure, guidelines throughout the credit operations.
• Prepare and deliver social and environmental performance report for investors, donors and external stakeholders.
• Assist deputy of CMR to response for lenders and stakeholder’s requirement for department level.
• Assist deputy of CMR to analyze credit risk report for lender and stakeholders.
• Assist deputy of CMR to prepare economic data analysis for Head of Credit and Market Risk Department.
• Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, or another related field.
• Understanding and knowledge of loan assessment process and economic analysis in advance.
• Have a good interpersonal skill, teamwork.
• Self-motivation and able to manage own workload.
• Be flexible with working hours.
• Computer literacy in MS Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
• Good command of English is preferable.
• Be able to travel to province.
