February 17, 2023: Hattha Bank, the Kingdom’s

was attended by the board of directors, senior management, and the executive
management of Hattha Bank with a total of around 500 participants.
This year’s General Assembly was organized
to celebrate the accomplishments achieved by Hattha Bank in 2022, set out
strategic plans for 2023, and express appreciation to the staff of all
levels for their dedication throughout the entire year that brought Hattha Bank
remarkable achievements. At the same time, this annual event served as a
platform for the management of all levels to get together in a harmonious
atmosphere to enhance the spirit of cooperation, solidarity, and brotherhood as
one of the members of the Hattha Bank Family and to declare together the
commitment to achieve goals of 2023.
Speaking at the 25th General
Assembly, Oknha Huot Ieng Tong, President and CEO of Hatta Bank,
said, “I am very proud of the incredible achievements our Hattha Bank Family
has accomplished together in 2022 which include the launch of new products to
meet the precise needs of clients, the improvements of existing products, the
expansion of the KHQR merchant partners nationwide, continuant collaborations
with strategic business partners, and most importantly the modernization of our

forward in our digital technology innovation that drives our banking services
to be more vibrant, fast, and modern to meet the needs of our clients in the
most efficient and satisfying way."
In addition to the above achievements,
Hattha Bank has accomplished excellent financial results by the end of December

Oknha Huot Ieng Tong continued: “The year
2022 has been regarded as a stressful year in the business operation of Hattha
Bank yet brought us substantial experiences that provide lessons and innovative
ideas in our continuous efforts to strengthen and expand our business towards
prosperity and sustainability with honor, dignity, and prestige.
All these remarkable achievements were
accomplished during a period when the Cambodian economy as well as the world
economy was facing a downturn due to the war in Ukraine and the disruption of
the new variation of Covid 19 pandemic to the global trade and supply chain
while the key industries around the world were going through the recovery phase
after the long-going Covid-19 crisis. This underlines the ingenuity, dynamism,
and strong leadership of Hatha Bank's senior management, the spirit of
solidarity within the staff at all levels, and the strength of Hattha Bank as a
mature and one of the leading banks in Cambodia.
He added: "I sincerely hope and
remain optimistic that many achievements will be attained in this new year, and
I strongly believe that we are ready and in the best position to carry out our
