Job Description

The main purpose of the “Officer of Deposit for Other Products” position is responsible on Sale of deposit product & Other Products such as KHQR performance, ATM performance, Hattha Mobile performance and other products, and be strong interpersonal communicate and presentation skills, and skills in professional networking, and is responsible for Deposit product and other products.

Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible on pushing selling Deposit Product, ATM Card, Hattha Mobile and KHQR.
• Sell directly and make an appointment with the individual customers to promote deposit and other product.
• Responsible for managing of sale process to ensure branch performance is reach to operational plan.
• Manage and monitor daily, weekly & monthly sale performance and take an action to ensure that the sale result is reached to operational plan.
• Proactive promote the deposit products, services of the Hatha Bank to both existing and new potential customers.
• Support to Branch Chief Sale and Sale Consultant anyway, and building good communication with them.
• Make the activity report of daily, weekly and monthly for supervisors / management.
• Responsible on Sale of deposit product & other products such as KHQR performance, ATM performance, Hattha Mobile performance and other products.
• Hire, coach, development and provide training to new personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
• Make the activity report of Daily, Weekly and Monthly for supervisors / management.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or another related field.
• Work experience in sales sector.
• Excellent communication skills, including excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and long-hours.
• Strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result.
• Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation.
