Job Description

The main purpose of the "Supervisor, Call Center" is responsible for receiving customer incoming call and responds to customer inquiries and complaints/issues through phone by providing customers with an easy and friendly banking experience through the identification and meeting their transactional needs. This position is required for night shift supports for banking product/service for efficiency & effectiveness operation.

Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
    • Develop sales and service strategies to guarantee success and growth.
    • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
    • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
    • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
    • Routes calls to appropriate resource
    • Complete Call Logs
    • Process Pin counter Reset, Card status change, Card validation, block, unblock card follow customer call request
    • Support Cardholder on Card Limit Adjustment
    • Monitor card activities and authorization (ATM, POS & VISA card)
    • Follow up & confirm with customer on suspicious and high-risk relevant transaction VISA Card & POS transaction
    • Report card to Visa Exception system for Lost/Stolen/Fraud Cards.
    • Support Cardholder and Merchant troubleshooting
    • Prompt response to internal and external customers’ enquiries over the phone.
    • Solve customer complaint and problem or refer them to appropriate department for solution.
    • Do/Telephone marketing relate to Deposit, Loan Product and Digital Products
    • Produce daily, monthly, quarterly reports
    • Performed other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications

    • Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications.
    • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player and able to use Email.
    • Good communication & interpersonal skills and Computer literacy.
    • Good command of English, other foreign languages is a plus.
    • Experience in Card Scheme is a plus.
    • Required for night shift, weekends.
