Job Description

The main purpose of the “Officer, Branch Technical Support” position is responsible on IT technical service to support all branch users and all department users. To make sure they can access any available system and network resource of Hattha Bank Plc.

Location

Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in create new template and enhance existing system like Hattha e-request, monthly disbursement plan, credit consultant maintenance, loan follow up, PMS, CBC, branch performance monitoring and other to ensure that meet branch’s need.
  • Assist in prepare user guide related to new system, enhance existing user guide in system for branch, related staff using.
  • Check and review requesting from branch via email, Hattha e-system, prepare monthly report for direct supervisor.
  • Assist to check and evaluate with the new testing in UAT.
  • Controlling monthly disbursement plan in WRS to make sure that branch posting monthly new booking on time.
  • Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in banking/finance or business management, or related fields.
  • At least 01year experience in consumer banking, other financial or financial services industry.
  • Prior understanding system, loan and other financial product experience is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in other financial products, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.
